Our Head Chef Brian is gaining quite a reputation for his desserts, particularly his cheesecakes – apple crumble, raspberry and chocolate … and then there are the homemade brownies! Brian recently donated a strawberry and chocolate cheesecake to Ipswich Prep School”s Summer Fayre and helped the cake stall break all records by raising £311.
